About Jodie Surerus: A Life of Adventure and Family
Hello! I'm Jodie Surerus, a spirited 47-year-old who's been blissfully married for what feels like a beautiful eternity. I'm the proud mother of three wonderful young adults, aged 23, 21, and 19. Our family's journey together has been an incredible tapestry of love, adventure, and shared experiences.
Travel has always been a significant part of our lives. Our adventures began when the kids were young, supporting our son Connor in his hockey pursuits in destinations like Whitehorse, Penticton, and closer to home. But our travels weren't just about sports; we were also enchanted by the world of Irish Dance. This passion for dance has taken us on a global odyssey, from the historic streets of Glasgow, London, Killarney, and Dublin to diverse cities across the USA and Canada. Each location we visited added new colors to our family's rich mosaic of memories.
A recent highlight was our trip to London for the Great Britain Irish Dance Championships. The experience was exhilarating, filled with the thrill of competition, the joy of exploration, and the pleasures of culinary delights.
Before becoming a mom, my adventures revolved around the Arabian Horse world. This passion led me on travels across the United States, where I indulged in my love for these magnificent creatures and discovered some of the most beautiful places along the way.
As our children step into their own lives, my husband Chad and I are excited about the new chapters awaiting us. We look forward to more travels, more discoveries, and more unforgettable moments.
